Confess App is a registered brand of Confess LLC. For the purposes of this document, Confess will refer to the Confess App, the Confess website https://www.Confess LLC.io, and all other materials printed under the Confess brand.
By accessing any of Confess ’s current or future websites, applications, or services, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms of service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing Confess. The materials contained in Confess are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.
Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the Confess application per device for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Confess at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether in electronic or printed format.
The materials within Confess are provided on an 'as is' basis. Confess makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
Further, Confess does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its website or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to Confess.
In no event shall Confess or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use Confess , even if Confess or a Confess authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.
Any content found to be in violation of Confess’ privacy policy will be removed from the application, and the user is subject to being ejected from the application. Confess has no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Confess’ privacy policy can be accessed here
Content that sexualizes minors is subject to immediate removal from the app, including but not limited to, apps that promote pedophilia or inappropriate interaction targeted at a minor (e.g. groping or caressing).
If we become aware of content with child sexual abuse imagery, we will report it to the appropriate authorities and delete the Accounts of those involved with the distribution.
We don't allow posts that contain or promote sexual content or profanity, including pornography, or any content or services intended to be sexually gratifying. Content that contains nudity may be allowed if the primary purpose is educational, documentary, scientific or artistic, and is not gratuitous.
Examples of common violations:
Depictions of sexual nudity, or sexually suggestive poses in which the subject is nude, blurred or minimally clothed, and/or where the clothing would not be acceptable in an appropriate public context.
Depictions, animations or illustrations of sex acts, or sexually suggestive poses or the sexual depiction of body parts.
Content that depicts or are functionally sexual aids, sex guides, illegal sexual themes and fetishes.
Content that is lewd or profane - including but not limited to content which may contain profanity, slurs, explicit text, adult/sexual keywords in the store listing or in-app
Content that depicts, describes, or encourages bestiality.
Content that promote sex-related entertainment, escort services, or other services that may be interpreted as providing sexual acts in exchange for compensation.
Content that degrades or objectifies people, such as content that undresses people or see through clothing, even if labelled as prank or entertainment apps.
We don't allow content that promotes violence, or incites hatred against individuals or groups based on caste, race or ethnic origin, religion, disability, age, nationality, veteran status, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity, or any other characteristic that is associated with systemic discrimination or marginalization.
Apps which contain EDSA (Educational, Documentary, Scientific, or Artistic) content related to Nazis may be blocked in certain countries, in accordance with local laws and regulations.
Examples of common violations
Content or speech asserting that a protected group is inhuman, inferior or worthy of being hated.
Content that contains hateful slurs, stereotypes, or theories about a protected group possessing negative characteristics (e.g. malicious, corrupt, evil, etc.), or explicitly or implicitly claims the group is a threat.
Content or speech trying to encourage others to believe that people should be hated or discriminated against because they are a member of a protected group
Content which promotes hate symbols such as flags, symbols, insignias, paraphernalia or behaviors associated with hate groups.
We don't allow content that depicts or facilitates gratuitous violence or other dangerous activities. Content that depicts fictional violence in the context of a game, such as cartoons, hunting or fishing, are generally allowed.
Examples of common violations
Graphic depictions or descriptions of realistic violence or violent threats to any person or animal.
Content that promotes self harm, suicide, eating disorders, choking games or other acts where serious injury or death may result.
We do not permit terrorist organizations to publish content for any purpose, including recruitment.
We don't allow content related to terrorism, such as content that promotes terrorist acts, incites violence, or celebrates terrorist attacks. If posting content related to terrorism for an educational, documentary, scientific, or artistic purpose, be mindful to provide enough information so users understand the context.
We don't allow content that expose users to deceptive or harmful financial products and services.
For the purposes of this policy, we consider financial products and services to be those related to the management or investment of money and cryptocurrencies, including personalized advice.
Content posted must comply with state and local regulations, including specific disclosures required by local law.
We don’t allow content that facilitates or promotes illegal activities.
Examples of common violations:
Bullying victims of international or religious conflicts.
Bullying victims of caste conflicts.
Posting content in order to humiliate someone publicly.
Harassing victims, or their friends and families, of a tragic event.
We don't allow content that lacks reasonable sensitivity towards or capitalize on a natural disaster, atrocity, health crisis, conflict, death, or other tragic event. Content related to a sensitive event is generally allowed if that content has EDSA (Educational, Documentary, Scientific, or Artistic) value or intends to alert users to or raise awareness for the sensitive event.
Examples of common violations:
Appearing to profit from a tragic event with no discernible benefit to the victims.
We don't allow content that facilitates the sale of explosives, firearms, ammunition, or certain firearms accessories.
Restricted accessories include those that enable a firearm to simulate automatic fire or convert a firearm to automatic fire (e.g. bump stocks, gatling triggers, drop-in auto sears, conversion kits), and magazines or belts carrying more than 30 rounds.
We don't allow content that provides instructions for the manufacture of explosives, firearms, ammunition, restricted firearm accessories, or other weapons. This includes instructions on how to convert a firearm to automatic, or simulated automatic, firing capabilities.
We don't allow content that facilitates the sale of marijuana or marijuana products, regardless of legality.
We don't allow content that facilitates the sale of tobacco (including e-cigarettes and vape pens) or encourages the illegal or inappropriate use of alcohol or tobacco.
User-generated content (UGC) is content that contributes to the NoFever app, and which is visible to or accessible by at least a subset of the app's users.
The Confess app contains the ability to:
Requires users to accept our terms of use and/or user policy before users can create or upload UGC;
Defines objectionable content and behaviors (in a way that complies with Play’s Developer Program Policies), and prohibits them in our terms of use;
Implements robust, effective and ongoing UGC moderation, as is reasonable and consistent with the type of UGC hosted by the app
Provides a user-friendly, in-app system for reporting objectionable UGC and takes action against that UGC where appropriate;
Removes or block abusive users who violate the app's terms of use and/or user policy. Confess maintains the ability at will to remove and/or block any user without prior warning.
Provides safeguards to prevent in-app monetization from encouraging objectionable user behavior.
The Confess app prohibits false or misleading health claims, including claims implying that a product is as effective as prescription drugs or controlled substances.
Non-government approved products that are marketed in a way that implies that they're safe or effective for use in preventing, curing, or treating a particular disease or ailment.
Products that have been subject to any government or regulatory action or warning
Products with names that are confusingly similar to an unapproved pharmaceutical or supplement or controlled substance

The materials appearing in Confess could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Confess does not warrant that any of the materials on Confess are accurate, complete or current. Confess may make changes to the materials contained in the Confess app and/or on the website at any time without notice. However Confess does not make any commitment to update the materials.
Confess has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its app and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Confess of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user's own risk.
Confess may revise these terms of service for its app at any time without notice. By using the Confess app you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.
his Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia. Any legal action or proceeding arising under this Agreement shall be brought in the courts of Fulton County, Georgia.
